CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE (CGV) – S71 GUITARS

1. Objet et champ d’application

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente régissent la relation contractuelle entre S71 Guitars (ci-après « le Vendeur ») et toute personne physique ou morale (ci-après « le Client ») passant commande d’un instrument de musique ou d’un accessoire. En confirmant une commande, le client accepte sans réserve les présentes conditions.

2. Commandes et caractère contraignant

  • 2.1 Produits sur mesure (Custom Shop) : en raison de la nature spécifique de nos instruments, chaque guitare est fabriquée selon les spécifications individuelles du client.
  • 2.2 Validation : Une commande est considérée comme définitive et ferme dès réception de la confirmation de commande par e-mail.
  • 2.3 Délai de grâce : Le client dispose d’un délai de grâce de deux (2) heures après la passation de la commande pour demander une annulation ou une modification, de préférence par téléphone ou par e-mail. Au-delà de ce délai, le processus de fabrication ou de préparation est engagé, et la commande ne peut plus être annulée, remboursée ni modifiée.
  • 2.4 Délais de fabrication (Custom Shop) : Le délai indicatif de fabrication pour un instrument sur mesure (Custom Shop) est généralement compris entre 6 et 12 mois à compter de la validation de la commande et de la réception des spécifications finales. Ce délai est donné à titre purement indicatif et ne constitue aucunement une date limite absolue (Fixgeschäft). S71 Guitars ne pourra être tenu responsable des retards occasionnés par le client (modifications ultérieures de spécifications, retards de validation) ou par des ruptures de stock / délais de livraison de ses fournisseurs tiers (bois, accastillage, électronique). Un dépassement du délai estimé ne donne droit à aucun remboursement, annulation de la commande ou indemnité de retard.

3. Prix et modalités de paiement

  • 3.1 Prix : Les prix sont indiqués en francs suisses (CHF). Les frais d’expédition ne sont pas inclus dans le prix affiché en ligne et seront précisés sur la facture finale.
  • 3.2 Paiement anticipé : Le paiement intégral d’avance est requis pour toute commande. La fabrication ou l’expédition ne débutera qu’à réception du montant total.
  • 3.3 Modes de paiement :
    • Virement bancaire : Rapide et sécurisé. Il est obligatoire d’indiquer votre numéro de commande dans le champ de référence.
    • Facture QR : Disponible en Suisse.
    • Paiements numériques : PayPal, cartes de crédit, Google Pay.
  • 3.4 Facturation : Une facture détaillée au format PDF est envoyée par e-mail après le traitement de la commande par notre équipe.

4. Expédition et retrait sur place

  • 4.1 Préparation : Chaque instrument subit un réglage méticuleux (réglage du truss rod, montage des cordes, vérification de l’électronique) nécessitant un délai de préparation minimum de plusieurs jours ouvrables avant l’expédition.
  • 4.2 Expédition : Les colis de moins de 33 kg (env. 72 lbs) sont expédiés via La Poste Suisse.
  • 4.3 Responsabilité : La livraison est effectuée « au pas de la porte » (entrée de l’immeuble ou de la maison).
  • 4.4 Retrait à l’atelier : Le retrait sur place est possible sur rendez-vous à notre atelier. Veuillez nous informer par e-mail pour coordonner le retrait.
  • 4.5 Délai de retrait et entreposage : Une fois l’instrument terminé et le Client informé, ce dernier dispose de 30 jours calendaires pour récupérer sa commande. Passé ce délai, des frais de garde de 5 CHF par jour pourront être facturés. S71 Guitars décline toute responsabilité quant à l’usure naturelle des cordes ou aux variations de réglage dues à un entreposage prolongé au-delà de ce délai.

5. Garantie et retours (Produits sur mesure)

  • 5.1 Exclusion du droit de retour : Conformément au droit suisse (art. 363, art. 368 et art. 377 du Code des Obligations), les produits fabriqués selon les spécifications du consommateur ou nettement personnalisés ne bénéficient d’aucun droit de retour ou de remboursement.
  • 5.2 Caractère artisanal & variations esthétiques : S71 Guitars fabrique des instruments sur mesure uniques et artisanaux. Le Client reconnaît que les matériaux naturels (veinage du bois, nacre, os, incrustations, etc.) et les procédés de fabrication artisanale (notamment le façonnage à la main, le vieillissement vintage et les finitions personnalisées) inhérents à la lutherie sur mesure présentent de légères variations naturelles. Les subtiles différences de nuance des incrustations, du figuré du bois ou de légères tolérances de placement n’affectant pas la jouabilité fonctionnelle ou l’intégrité structurelle de l’instrument sont considérées comme des caractéristiques uniques de la lutherie sur mesure et ne constituent pas un défaut de fabrication ou une non-conformité.
  • 5.3 Primauté des spécifications de la facture finale : Les spécifications techniques, options et caractéristiques figurant sur la confirmation de commande finale / facture PDF envoyée au client prévalent sur toutes les communications verbales, e-mails ou réseaux sociaux antérieurs. Le client est seul responsable de la vérification des spécifications de la facture PDF dès sa réception. S71 Guitars fabriquera l’instrument strictement selon les spécifications inscrites sur la facture finale.
  • 5.4 Recours au titre de la garantie & exclusion des remises financières : En cas de défaut de fabrication avéré et vérifié conformément à l’article 5.5, la seule obligation de S71 Guitars et l’unique recours du client se limitent à la réparation, à l’ajustement ou à la correction du défaut dans notre atelier. En aucun cas S71 Guitars ne propose de remboursement partiel, de réduction de prix après livraison ou de compensation financière pour insatisfaction subjective ou prétendues divergences cosmétiques.
  • 5.5 Logistique des retours sous garantie : Si une évaluation ou une réparation sous garantie est autorisée, le Client doit emballer et expédier l’instrument en toute sécurité à l’atelier de S71 Guitars. Le client est responsable des frais d’expédition de retour initiaux, de l’assurance transport adéquate et de tous les droits de dédouanement à l’importation/exportation. Si un défaut de fabrication est validé par S71 Guitars, les frais de réexpédition vers le Client seront pris en charge ou remboursés par S71 Guitars.

6. Protection des données

Les données personnelles du Client sont traitées avec la plus stricte confidentialité et sont utilisées exclusivement pour la gestion des commandes et le suivi technique des instruments.

7. Droit applicable, juridiction et résolution des litiges

Le droit suisse est le seul droit applicable régissant toutes les transactions et tous les litiges contractuels, à l’exclusion de la Convention des Nations Unies sur les contrats de vente internationale de marchandises (CVIM).
  • 7.1 Juridiction : Le for juridique exclusif pour tout litige découlant des présentes CGV ou en relation avec celles-ci est situé au siège de l’entreprise (Pratteln / Bâle-Campagne, Suisse).
  • 7.2 Résolution des litiges et rétrofacturations non autorisées : Le Client s’engage à chercher une solution directement auprès de S71 Guitars avant d’initier toute procédure de rétrofacturation (chargeback) par carte de crédit, litige PayPal ou action en justice. En cas de rétrofacturation injustifiée ou d’action en justice initiée en dehors de la juridiction suisse désignée, le Client s’engage à indemniser S71 Guitars de l’ensemble des frais de justice, frais d’avocat et dépenses administratives engagés pour faire respecter cet accord de juridiction.

POLITIQUE DE REMBOURSEMENT ET DE RETOUR

Chez S71 Guitars, nous tirons une immense fierté de la fabrication d’instruments sur mesure de haute qualité. Nos guitares étant fabriquées selon vos spécifications uniques, veuillez prendre note de notre politique :
1. TOUTES LES VENTES SONT DÉFINITIVES
Conformément au Code suisse des obligations (art. 363 & 368), les produits fabriqués sur mesure et les articles personnalisés ne sont pas éligibles aux retours, échanges ou remboursements.
2. EXACTITUDE DES SPÉCIFICATIONS
En tant que Client, vous êtes responsable de l’exactitude des spécifications techniques fournies. Les erreurs de configuration ou les « changements d’avis » concernant les choix esthétiques ou techniques effectués lors du processus de commande ne donnent droit à aucun retour ni aucune modification.
3. GARANTIE DE FABRICATION
Nous garantissons que votre instrument arrivera exempt de tout défaut de fabrication.
  • Période d’inspection : Vous devez inspecter votre instrument et signaler tout défaut dans les 48 heures suivant la livraison.
  • Vérification : Tout défaut réclamé doit être constaté par écrit par un luthier professionnel indépendant.
  • Résolution : S71 Guitars réparera ou ajustera, à sa discrétion, l’instrument pour répondre à nos normes de qualité élevées.

4. ANNULATIONS

Vous disposez d’un délai de 2 heures immédiatement après votre achat pour annuler ou modifier votre commande. Veuillez nous contacter par téléphone ou par e-mail pendant cette période. Passé ce délai de 2 heures, le processus de production commence et les annulations ne sont plus possibles. Une fois le délai de grâce de 2 heures suivant votre commande expiré, la vente est considérée comme ferme et définitive.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C) – S71 GUITARS

1. Subject and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between S71 Guitars (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any natural person or legal entity (hereinafter “the Client”) placing an order for a musical instrument or accessory. By confirming an order, the Client unreservedly accepts these terms.

2. Orders and Binding Nature

2.1 Custom-built Products (Custom Shop): In accordance with the specific nature of our instruments, each guitar is manufactured according to the Client’s individual specifications. 2.2 Validation: An order is considered final and binding upon receipt of the order confirmation by email.
2.3 Grace Period: The Client has a two (2) hour grace period after placing the order to request a cancellation or modification, preferably by telephone or email. Beyond this period, the manufacturing or preparation process is initiated, and the order can no longer be canceled, refunded, or modified.
2.4 Manufacturing Lead Time (Custom Shop): The estimated lead time for custom-built instruments is generally between 6 and 12 months from the date of order confirmation and receipt of final specifications. This timeframe is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a strict deadline (Fixgeschäft). S71 Guitars shall not be held liable for delays caused by Client-requested modifications, validation delays, or supply chain shortages/delays from third-party component suppliers (tonewoods, hardware, electronics). Exceeding the estimated timeframe shall not entitle the Client to order cancellation, a refund, or financial compensation.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing: Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs are not included in the online displayed price and will be specified on the final invoice.
3.2 Advance Payment: Advance payment is required for all orders. Manufacturing or shipping will only commence upon receipt of the total amount.
3.3 Payment Methods:
  • Bank Transfer: Fast and secure. It is mandatory to include your order number in the reference field.
  • QR-invoice: Available within Switzerland.
  • Digital Payments: PayPal, Credit Cards, Google Pay. 3.4 Invoicing: A detailed PDF invoice is sent via email after our team has processed the order.

4. Shipping and Local Pickup

4.1 Preparation: Each instrument undergoes a meticulous setup (truss rod adjustment, stringing, electronics check) requiring a minimum preparation time of several days before shipping.
4.2 Shipping: Parcels under 33 kg (approx. 72 lbs) are shipped via Swiss Post.
4.3 Liability: Delivery is fulfilled “to the door” (entrance of the building or house).
4.4 Workshop Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment at our workshop. Please notify us via email to coordinate the pickup.
4.5 Pickup Deadline and Storage: Once the instrument is completed and the Client has been notified, the Client has 30 calendar days to collect their order. After this period, a storage fee of 5 CHF per day may be charged. S71 Guitars declines all responsibility for the natural wear of strings or setup changes due to prolonged storage beyond this deadline.

5. Warranty and Returns (Custom Products)

5.1 Exclusion of Right of Return: Under Swiss law (Art. 363, Art. 368, and Art. 377 of the Code of Obligations), products manufactured to consumer specifications or clearly personalized items are not eligible for any right of return or refund.
5.2 Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the specifications provided at the time of order. Configuration errors made by the Client shall not constitute grounds for a return.
5.3 Manufacturing Warranty: S71 Guitars guarantees that the instrument is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. To be considered an established defect, it must be officially verified by an independent professional luthier, supported by written evidence. The Client must contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) to initiate a warranty claim (repair or adjustment).
5.2 Handcrafted Nature & Aesthetic Variations: S71 Guitars builds unique, handcrafted custom instruments. The Client acknowledges that natural materials (wood grain, shell, bone, inlay materials, etc.) and artisan manufacturing processes (including hand-shaping, vintage aging, and custom finishing) inherent to custom guitar building will exhibit minor natural variations. Subtle differences in inlay shading, wood figure, or minor placement tolerances that do not affect the functional playability or structural integrity of the instrument are considered unique characteristics of custom lutherie and do not constitute a manufacturing defect or non-conformity.
5.3 Primacy of Final Invoice Specifications: The technical specifications, options, and features listed on the final Order Confirmation / PDF Invoice sent to the Client supersede all prior verbal, email, or social media communications. The Client is solely responsible for verifying the PDF Invoice specifications upon receipt. S71 Guitars shall build the instrument strictly according to the specifications written on the final invoice.
5.4 Warranty Remedies & Exclusion of Monetary Discounts: In the event of an established manufacturing defect verified pursuant to Section 5.5, S71 Guitars’ sole obligation and the Client’s exclusive remedy shall be limited to the repair, adjustment, or correction of the defect at our workshop. Under no circumstances does S71 Guitars offer partial monetary refunds, post-delivery price reductions, or financial compensation for subjective dissatisfaction or alleged cosmetic discrepancies.
5.5 Warranty Return Logistics: If a warranty evaluation or repair is authorized, the Client must safely pack and ship the instrument back to S71 Guitars’ workshop. The Client is responsible for initial return shipping costs, proper shipping insurance, and all import/export customs clearance duties. If a manufacturing defect is validated by S71 Guitars, return shipping costs back to the Client will be covered or reimbursed by S71 Guitars.

6. Data Protection

The Client’s personal data is treated with strict confidentiality and is used exclusively for order management and technical follow-up of the instruments.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall be the sole applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the legal venue (place of jurisdiction) is located at the company’s headquarters (Pratteln / Baselland).
7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution: Swiss law shall be the sole applicable law governing all transactions and contractual disputes, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
7.1 Venue: The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C is located at the company’s headquarters (Pratteln / Baselland, Switzerland).
7.2 Dispute Resolution & Unauthorized Chargebacks: The Client agrees to seek resolution directly with S71 Guitars before initiating any credit card chargeback, PayPal dispute, or legal proceeding. In the event of an unwarranted chargeback or legal action initiated outside the designated Swiss jurisdiction, the Client agrees to indemnify S71 Guitars for all legal costs, court fees, and administrative expenses incurred in enforcing this jurisdictional agreement.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At S71 Guitars, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality, custom-built instruments. Because our guitars are manufactured to your unique specifications, please take note of our policy:

In accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 363 & 368), custom-built products and personalized items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.   • Resolution: S71 Guitars will, at its discretion, repair or adjust the instrument to meet our high quality standards.

4. CANCELLATIONS

You have a 2-hour window immediately following your purchase to cancel or modify your order. Please contact us via phone or email during this window. After 2 hours, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.2-hour grace period following your order has passed, the sale is considered binding.

1. Gegenstand und Geltungsbereich

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Vertragsbeziehung zwischen S71 Guitars (im Folgenden „der Verkäufer“) und jeder natürlichen oder juristischen Person (im Folgenden „der Kunde“), die ein Musikinstrument oder Zubehör bestellt. Mit der Bestätigung einer Bestellung akzeptiert der Kunde diese Bedingungen vorbehaltlos.

2. Bestellungen und Verbindlichkeit

  • 2.1 Maßgefertigte Produkte (Custom Shop): Entsprechend der spezifischen Natur unserer Instrumente wird jede Gitarre nach den individuellen Spezifikationen des Kunden gefertigt.
  • 2.2 Validierung: Eine Bestellung gilt als endgültig und verbindlich nach Erhalt der Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail.
  • 2.3 Kulanzfrist: Der Kunde hat nach der Bestellung eine Kulanzfrist von zwei (2) Stunden, um eine Stornierung oder Änderung zu beantragen, vorzugsweise telefonisch oder per E-Mail. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist beginnt der Herstellungs- oder Vorbereitungsprozess und die Bestellung kann nicht mehr storniert, erstattet oder geändert werden.
  • 2.4 Fertigungszeit (Custom Shop): Die voraussichtliche Liefer-/Fertigungszeit für maßgefertigte Instrumente beträgt in der Regel zwischen 6 und 12 Monaten ab der Auftragsbestätigung und dem Erhalt der endgültigen Spezifikationen. Dieser Zeitraum dient reinen Informationszwecken und stellt keine feste Frist (Fixgeschäft) dar. S71 Guitars haftet nicht für Verzögerungen, die durch vom Kunden gewünschte Spezifikationsänderungen, Freigabeverzögerungen oder Lieferengpässe von Drittlieferanten (Hölzer, Hardware, Elektronik) verursacht werden. Eine Überschreitung der geschätzten Fertigungszeit berechtigt den Kunden weder zur Stornierung der Bestellung noch zu einer Rückerstattung oder Verzugsentschädigung.

3. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen

  • 3.1 Preise: Die Preise sind in Schweizer Franken (CHF) angegeben. Die Versandkosten sind im online angezeigten Preis nicht enthalten und werden auf der Endrechnung ausgewiesen.
  • 3.2 Vorauszahlung: Für alle Bestellungen ist eine Vorauszahlung erforderlich. Die Herstellung oder der Versand beginnt erst nach Eingang des Gesamtbetrags.
  • 3.3 Zahlungsmethoden:
    • Banküberweisung: Schnell und sicher. Die Angabe Ihrer Bestellnummer im Verwendungszweck ist obligatorisch.
    • QR-Rechnung: Verfügbar innerhalb der Schweiz.
    • Digitale Zahlungen: PayPal, Kreditkarten, Google Pay.
  • 3.4 Rechnungsstellung: Eine detaillierte PDF-Rechnung wird per E-Mail versandt, nachdem unser Team die Bestellung bearbeitet hat.

4. Versand und Abholung vor Ort

  • 4.1 Vorbereitung: Jedes Instrument durchläuft ein sorgfältiges Setup (Einstellung des Halsspannstabs, Aufziehen der Saiten, Überprüfung der Elektronik), was eine Mindestvorbereitungszeit von einigen Tagen vor dem Versand erfordert.
  • 4.2 Versand: Pakete unter 33 kg (ca. 72 lbs) werden über die Schweizerische Post versandt.
  • 4.3 Haftung: Die Lieferung erfolgt „bis zur Haustür“ (Eingang des Gebäudes oder Hauses).
  • 4.4 Abholung in der Werkstatt: Eine Abholung vor Ort in unserer Werkstatt ist nach Terminvereinbarung möglich. Bitte benachrichtigen Sie uns per E-Mail, um die Abholung zu koordinieren.
  • 4.5 Abholfrist und Lagerung: Sobald das Instrument fertiggestellt ist und der Kunde benachrichtigt wurde, hat der Kunde 30 Kalendertage Zeit, um seine Bestellung abzuholen. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist kann eine Lagergebühr von 5 CHF pro Tag erhoben werden. S71 Guitars lehnt jede Verantwortung für den natürlichen Verschleiß der Saiten oder Setup-Veränderungen durch längere Lagerung über diese Frist hinaus ab.

5. Garantie und Rücksendungen (Maßgefertigte Produkte)

  • 5.1 Ausschluss des Rückgaberechts: Nach Schweizer Recht (Art. 363, Art. 368 und Art. 377 des Obligationenrechts) sind Produkte, die nach Kundenspezifikationen angefertigt wurden oder eindeutig personalisiert sind, von jeglichem Rückgabe- oder Erstattungsrecht ausgeschlossen.
  • 5.2 Verantwortung des Kunden: Der Kunde ist allein verantwortlich für die Richtigkeit der bei der Bestellung angegebenen Spezifikationen. Vom Kunden verursachte Konfigurationsfehler stellen keinen Rückgabegrund dar.
  • 5.3 Herstellungsgarantie: S71 Guitars garantiert, dass das Instrument zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung frei von Herstellungsfehlern ist. Um als erwiesener Mangel zu gelten, muss dieser von einem unabhängigen, professionellen Gitarrenbauer (Luthier) offiziell überprüft und schriftlich belegt werden. Der Kunde muss uns umgehend (innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt) kontaktieren, um einen Garantieanspruch (Reparatur oder Anpassung) geltend zu machen.
  • 5.2 Handwerkliche Natur & ästhetische Variationen: S71 Guitars baut einzigartige, handgefertigte Custom-Instrumente. Der Kunde erkennt an, dass natürliche Materialien (Holzmaserung, Perlmutt, Knochen, Inlay-Materialien usw.) und handwerkliche Fertigungsverfahren (einschließlich Handformung, Vintage-Alterung und individuelle Lackierungen), die dem Bau von Custom-Gitarren eigen sind, leichte natürliche Variationen aufweisen. Subtile Unterschiede in der Schattierung von Einlagen, der Holzmaserung oder geringfügige Platzierungstoleranzen, die die funktionale Spielbarkeit oder die strukturelle Integrität des Instruments nicht beeinträchtigen, gelten als einzigartige Merkmale der maßgefertigten Gitarrenbaukunst und stellen keinen Herstellungsfehler oder eine Vertragswidrigkeit dar.
  • 5.3 Vorrang der Spezifikationen auf der Endrechnung: Die technischen Spezifikationen, Optionen und Merkmale, die auf der endgültigen Bestellbestätigung / PDF-Rechnung aufgeführt sind, die dem Kunden zugesandt wird, ersetzen alle vorherigen Kommunikationen per E-Mail, mündlich oder über soziale Medien. Der Kunde ist allein dafür verantwortlich, die Spezifikationen auf der PDF-Rechnung nach Erhalt zu überprüfen. S71 Guitars wird das Instrument streng nach den auf der Endrechnung vermerkten Spezifikationen bauen.
  • 5.4 Gewährleistungsansprüche & Ausschluss finanzieller Rabatte: Im Falle eines nachgewiesenen Herstellungsfehlers, der gemäß Abschnitt 5.5 verifiziert wurde, beschränkt sich die einzige Verpflichtung von S71 Guitars und das ausschließliche Rechtsmittel des Kunden auf die Reparatur, Anpassung oder Behebung des Mangels in unserer Werkstatt. Unter keinen Umständen bietet S71 Guitars teilweise monetäre Rückerstattungen, nachträgliche Preisnachlässe oder finanzielle Entschädigungen für subjektive Unzufriedenheit oder angebliche kosmetische Abweichungen an.
  • 5.5 Logistik der Garantierücksendungen: Wenn eine Garantieprüfung oder Reparatur genehmigt wird, muss der Kunde das Instrument sicher verpacken und an die Werkstatt von S71 Guitars zurücksenden. Der Kunde trägt die anfänglichen Rücksendekosten, sorgt für eine angemessene Transportversicherung und übernimmt alle Import-/Exportzollgebühren. Wird ein Herstellungsfehler von S71 Guitars bestätigt, werden die Rücksendekosten an den Kunden von S71 Guitars übernommen oder erstattet.

6. Datenschutz

Die personenbezogenen Daten des Kunden werden streng vertraulich behandelt und ausschließlich für die Auftragsabwicklung und die technische Nachverfolgung der Instrumente verwendet.

7. Geltendes Recht, Gerichtsstand & Streitbeilegung

Es gilt ausschließlich Schweizer Recht für alle Transaktionen und Vertragsstreitigkeiten, unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG).
  • 7.1 Gerichtsstand: Der ausschließliche Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten, die sich aus oder im Zusammenhang mit diesen AGB ergeben, ist der Sitz des Unternehmens (Pratteln / Baselland, Schweiz).
  • 7.2 Streitbeilegung & unautorisierte Rückbuchungen: Der Kunde erklärt sich damit einverstanden, sich direkt um eine Lösung mit S71 Guitars zu bemühen, bevor er eine Kreditkarten-Rückbuchung (Chargeback), einen PayPal-Käuferschutzfall oder rechtliche Schritte einleitet. Im Falle einer ungerechtfertigten Rückbuchung oder einer rechtlichen Klage, die außerhalb des vorgesehenen Schweizer Gerichtsstands eingeleitet wird, erklärt sich der Kunde bereit, S71 Guitars für alle Anwaltskosten, Gerichtsgebühren und administrativen Ausgaben zu entschädigen, die bei der Durchsetzung dieser Gerichtsstandsvereinbarung anfallen.

RÜCKERSTATTUNGS- UND RÜCKGABERICHTLINIE

Wir bei S71 Guitars sind sehr stolz darauf, hochwertige, maßgefertigte Instrumente herzustellen. Da unsere Gitarren nach Ihren individuellen Spezifikationen gefertigt werden, beachten Sie bitte unsere Richtlinien:
1. ALLE VERKÄUFE SIND ENDGÜLTIG
In Übereinstimmung mit dem Schweizerischen Obligationenrecht (Art. 363 & 368) sind maßgefertigte Produkte und personalisierte Artikel von Rückgaben, Umtausch oder Rückerstattungen ausgeschlossen.
2. GENAUIGKEIT DER SPEZIFIKATIONEN
Als Kunde sind Sie für die Richtigkeit der angegebenen technischen Spezifikationen verantwortlich. Konfigurationsfehler oder „Sinneswandel“ bezüglich ästhetischer oder technischer Entscheidungen, die während des Bestellvorgangs getroffen wurden, berechtigen nicht zu einer Rückgabe oder Änderung.
3. HERSTELLUNGSGARANTIE
Wir garantieren, dass Ihr Instrument frei von Herstellungsfehlern bei Ihnen eintrifft.
  • Inspektionsfrist: Sie müssen Ihr Instrument überprüfen und etwaige Mängel innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Lieferung melden.
  • Verifizierung: Jeder geltend gemachte Mangel muss von einem unabhängigen, professionellen Gitarrenbauer schriftlich bestätigt werden.
  • Lösung: S71 Guitars wird das Instrument nach eigenem Ermessen reparieren oder anpassen, um unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards zu entsprechen.

4. STORNIERUNGEN

Sie haben ein Zeitfenster von 2 Stunden unmittelbar nach Ihrem Kauf, um Ihre Bestellung zu stornieren oder zu ändern. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns in diesem Zeitraum telefonisch oder per E-Mail. Nach 2 Stunden beginnt der Produktionsprozess und Stornierungen sind nicht mehr möglich. Sobald die 2-stündige Kulanzfrist nach Ihrer Bestellung abgelaufen ist, gilt der Verkauf als verbindlich.
