CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE (CGV) – S71 GUITARS
1. Objet et Champ d’Application
Les présentes CGV régissent les relations contractuelles entre S71 Guitars (ci-après “le Vendeur”) et toute personne physique ou morale (ci-après “le Client”) passant commande pour un instrument de musique ou un accessoire. En validant sa commande, le Client accepte sans réserve les présentes conditions.
2. Commandes et Caractère Définitif
2.1 Produits sur-mesure (Custom Shop) : Conformément à la nature spécifique de nos instruments, chaque guitare est fabriquée selon les spécifications individuelles du Client. 2.2 Validation : Une commande est considérée comme définitive dès la réception de la confirmation de commande par email. 2.3 Délai de rétractation : Le Client dispose d’un délai de grâce de deux (2) heures après la commande pour demander une annulation ou une modification, de préférence par téléphone ou par email. Passé ce délai, le processus de fabrication ou de préparation est engagé et la commande ne peut plus être annulée, remboursée ou modifiée.
3. Prix et Modalités de Paiement
3.1 Prix : Les prix sont indiqués en Francs Suisses (CHF). Les frais d’envoi ne sont pas inclus dans le prix affiché en ligne et seront précisés sur la facture finale. 3.2 Paiement anticipé : Pour toute commande, un paiement anticipé est requis. La fabrication ou l’expédition ne débute qu’à réception du montant total. 3.3 Moyens de paiement :

3.4 Facturation : Une facture détaillée au format PDF est envoyée par email après traitement de la commande par nos soins.
4. Livraison et Retrait
4.1 Préparation : Chaque instrument fait l’objet d’un réglage méticuleux (Truss-rod, cordes, électronique) nécessitant un délai de préparation de plusieurs jours ouvrés avant expédition. 4.2 Expédition : Les colis de moins de 33 kg sont expédiés via La Poste Suisse (délai indicatif de 48h). 4.3 Responsabilité : La livraison est effectuée “jusqu’à la porte” (entrée de l’immeuble ou de la maison). 4.4 Retrait en atelier : Le retrait sur place est possible sur rendez-vous à notre atelier. Veuillez nous le signaler par email pour coordination.
4.5 Délai de retrait et stockage : Une fois l’instrument terminé et le Client averti, ce dernier dispose d’un délai de 30 jours calendaires pour récupérer sa commande. Passé ce délai, des frais de stockage de 5 CHF par jour pourront être facturés. S71 Guitars décline toute responsabilité pour l’usure naturelle des cordes ou des réglages due à un stockage prolongé au-delà de ce délai.
5. Garantie et Retours (Produits Personnalisés)
5.1 Exclusion du droit de retour : En vertu du droit suisse (Art. 363 CO, Art. 368 CO et Art. 377 CO), les produits fabriqués selon les spécifications du consommateur ou nettement personnalisés ne bénéficient d’aucun droit de retour ou de remboursement. 5.2 Responsabilité du Client : Le Client est seul responsable de l’exactitude des spécifications fournies lors de la commande. Aucune erreur de configuration de la part du Client ne pourra donner lieu à un retour. 5.3 Garantie de fabrication : S71 Guitars garantit que l’instrument est exempt de défauts de fabrication au moment de la livraison. En cas de défaut, celui-ci doit être dûment constaté par un professionnel de la lutherie indépendant, avec preuve écrite à l’appui, pour être considéré comme un défaut avéré. Le Client doit nous contacter immédiatement (sous 48h après réception) pour une prise en charge sous garantie (réparation ou ajustement).
6. Protection des données
Les données personnelles du Client sont traitées avec confidentialité et utilisées uniquement pour la gestion de la commande et le suivi technique des instruments.
7. Droit applicable et Forum
Le droit suisse est seul applicable. En cas de litige, le for juridique est situé au siège de l’entreprise (Pratteln / Baselland).
POLITIQUE DE REMBOURSEMENT ET DE RETOUR
Chez S71 Guitars, nous sommes fiers de fabriquer des instruments sur-mesure de haute qualité. Nos guitares étant réalisées selon vos spécifications uniques, veuillez prendre note de notre politique :
1. TOUTES LES VENTES SONT DÉFINITIVES
Conformément au Code des Obligations suisse (Art. 363 & 368), les produits fabriqués sur-mesure et les articles personnalisés ne sont pas éligibles aux retours, échanges ou remboursements. Une fois le délai de grâce de 2 heures suivant votre commande écoulé, la vente est considérée comme ferme.
2. EXACTITUDE DES SPÉCIFICATIONS
En tant que Client, vous êtes responsable de l’exactitude des spécifications techniques fournies. Les erreurs de configuration ou les “changements d’avis” concernant les choix esthétiques ou techniques faits lors de la commande ne donnent droit à aucun retour ou modification.
3. GARANTIE DE FABRICATION
Nous garantissons que votre instrument arrivera sans défaut de fabrication.

Période d’inspection : Vous devez inspecter votre instrument et signaler tout défaut dans les 48 heures suivant la livraison.

Vérification : Tout défaut revendiqué doit être attesté par écrit par un luthier professionnel indépendant.

Résolution : S71 Guitars s’engage, à sa discrétion, à réparer ou ajuster l’instrument pour répondre à nos standards de qualité élevés.
4. ANNULATIONS
Vous disposez d’une fenêtre de 2 heures immédiatement après votre achat pour annuler ou modifier votre commande. Veuillez nous contacter par téléphone ou par email durant ce délai. Après 2 heures, le processus de production commence et aucune annulation n’est possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C) – S71 GUITARS
1. Subject and Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between S71 Guitars (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any natural person or legal entity (hereinafter “the Client”) placing an order for a musical instrument or accessory. By confirming an order, the Client unreservedly accepts these terms.
2. Orders and Binding Nature
2.1 Custom-built Products (Custom Shop): In accordance with the specific nature of our instruments, each guitar is manufactured according to the Client’s individual specifications. 2.2 Validation: An order is considered final and binding upon receipt of the order confirmation by email. 2.3 Grace Period: The Client has a two (2) hour grace period after placing the order to request a cancellation or modification, preferably by telephone or email. Beyond this period, the manufacturing or preparation process is initiated, and the order can no longer be canceled, refunded, or modified.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing: Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs are not included in the online displayed price and will be specified on the final invoice. 3.2 Advance Payment: Advance payment is required for all orders. Manufacturing or shipping will only commence upon receipt of the total amount. 3.3 Payment Methods:

4. Shipping and Local Pickup
4.1 Preparation: Each instrument undergoes a meticulous setup (truss rod adjustment, stringing, electronics check) requiring a minimum preparation time of 2 to 3 business days before shipping. 4.2 Shipping: Parcels under 33 kg (approx. 72 lbs) are shipped via Swiss Post (estimated delivery within 48 hours). 4.3 Liability: Delivery is fulfilled “to the door” (entrance of the building or house). 4.4 Workshop Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment at our workshop. Please notify us via email to coordinate the pickup. 4.5 Pickup Deadline and Storage: Once the instrument is completed and the Client has been notified, the Client has 30 calendar days to collect their order. After this period, a storage fee of 5 CHF per day may be charged. S71 Guitars declines all responsibility for the natural wear of strings or setup changes due to prolonged storage beyond this deadline.
5. Warranty and Returns (Custom Products)
5.1 Exclusion of Right of Return: Under Swiss law (Art. 363, Art. 368, and Art. 377 of the Code of Obligations), products manufactured to consumer specifications or clearly personalized items are not eligible for any right of return or refund. 5.2 Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the specifications provided at the time of order. Configuration errors made by the Client shall not constitute grounds for a return. 5.3 Manufacturing Warranty: S71 Guitars guarantees that the instrument is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. To be considered an established defect, it must be officially verified by an independent professional luthier, supported by written evidence. The Client must contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) to initiate a warranty claim (repair or adjustment).
6. Data Protection
The Client’s personal data is treated with strict confidentiality and is used exclusively for order management and technical follow-up of the instruments.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall be the sole applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the legal venue (place of jurisdiction) is located at the company’s headquarters (Pratteln / Baselland).
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At S71 Guitars, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality, custom-built instruments. Because our guitars are manufactured to your unique specifications, please take note of our policy:
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
In accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 363 & 368), custom-built products and personalized items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once the 2-hour grace period following your order has passed, the sale is considered binding.
2. ACCURACY OF SPECIFICATIONS
As the Client, you are responsible for the accuracy of the technical specifications provided. Configuration errors or “change of heart” regarding aesthetic or technical choices made during the order process do not qualify for a return or modification.
3. MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
We guarantee that your instrument will arrive free of manufacturing defects.

Resolution: S71 Guitars will, at its discretion, repair or adjust the instrument to meet our high quality standards.
4. CANCELLATIONS
You have a 2-hour window immediately following your purchase to cancel or modify your order. Please contact us via phone or email during this window. After 2 hours, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

1. Gegenstand und Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB regeln die vertragliche Beziehung zwischen S71 Guitars (nachfolgend „Verkäufer“) und jeder natürlichen oder juristischen Person (nachfolgend „Kunde“), die eine Bestellung für ein Musikinstrument oder Zubehör aufgibt. Mit der Bestätigung einer Bestellung akzeptiert der Kunde diese Bedingungen vorbehaltlos.
2. Bestellungen und Verbindlichkeit
2.1 Massgefertigte Produkte (Custom Shop): Aufgrund der spezifischen Natur unserer Instrumente wird jede Gitarre nach den individuellen Spezifikationen des Kunden gefertigt. 2.2 Validierung: Eine Bestellung gilt nach Erhalt der Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail als endgültig und verbindlich. 2.3 Gnadenfrist: Der Kunde hat eine zwei (2) stündige Gnadenfrist nach der Bestellung, um eine Stornierung oder Änderung zu beantragen, vorzugsweise per Telefon oder E-Mail. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist wird der Herstellungs- oder Vorbereitungsprozess eingeleitet; die Bestellung kann dann nicht mehr storniert, erstattet oder geändert werden.
3. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen
3.1 Preise: Die Preise sind in Schweizer Franken (CHF) angegeben. Versandkosten sind nicht im online angezeigten Preis enthalten und werden auf der Endabrechnung ausgewiesen. 3.2 Vorauszahlung: Für alle Bestellungen ist Vorauszahlung erforderlich. Die Herstellung oder der Versand beginnt erst nach Erhalt des Gesamtbetrages. 3.3 Zahlungsmethoden:

4. Versand und Abholung
4.1 Vorbereitung: Jedes Instrument durchläuft ein sorgfältiges Setup (Halsstab-Einstellung, Besaitung, Elektronik-Check), was eine Vorbereitungszeit von mindestens 2 bis 3 Werktagen vor dem Versand erfordert. 4.2 Versand: Pakete unter 33 kg werden per Schweizer Post versandt (geschätzte Zustellung innerhalb von 48 Stunden). 4.3 Haftung: Die Lieferung erfolgt „bis zur Haustür“ (Eingang des Gebäudes oder Hauses). 4.4 Abholung in der Werkstatt: Eine Abholung vor Ort ist nach Terminvereinbarung in unserer Werkstatt möglich. Bitte benachrichtigen Sie uns per E-Mail, um die Abholung zu koordinieren. 4.5 Abholfrist und Lagerung: Sobald das Instrument fertiggestellt und der Kunde benachrichtigt wurde, hat der Kunde 30 Kalendertage Zeit, seine Bestellung abzuholen. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist kann eine Lagergebühr von 5 CHF pro Tag erhoben werden. S71 Guitars lehnt jede Verantwortung für die natürliche Abnutzung der Saiten oder Einstellungsveränderungen ab, die durch eine längere Lagerung über diese Frist hinaus entstehen.
5. Garantie und Rückgaben (Massgefertigte Produkte)
5.1 Ausschluss des Rückgaberechts: Nach Schweizer Recht (Art. 363, Art. 368 und Art. 377 OR) besteht für Produkte, die nach Kundenspezifikationen angefertigt wurden oder eindeutig auf persönliche Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind, kein Rückgabe- oder Rückerstattungsrecht. 5.2 Verantwortung des Kunden: Der Kunde trägt die alleinige Verantwortung für die Richtigkeit der bei der Bestellung angegebenen Spezifikationen. Konfigurationsfehler seitens des Kunden begründen keinen Anspruch auf Rückgabe. 5.3 Herstellungsgarantie: S71 Guitars garantiert, dass das Instrument zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung frei von Fabrikationsfehlern ist. Damit ein Mangel als nachgewiesen gilt, muss dieser offiziell von einem unabhängigen professionellen Gitarrenbauer (Luthier) schriftlich bestätigt werden. Der Kunde muss uns umgehend (innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt) kontaktieren, um einen Garantieanspruch (Reparatur oder Anpassung) geltend zu machen.
6. Datenschutz
Die persönlichen Daten des Kunden werden streng vertraulich behandelt und ausschliesslich für die Auftragsabwicklung und die technische Betreuung der Instrumente verwendet.
7. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand
Es gilt ausschliesslich Schweizer Recht. Im Falle eines Rechtsstreits befindet sich der Gerichtsstand am Sitz des Unternehmens (Pratteln / Baselland).
RÜCKERSTATTUNGS- & RÜCKGABERECHTLINIEN
Bei S71 Guitars sind wir stolz darauf, hochwertige, massgefertigte Instrumente herzustellen. Da unsere Gitarren nach Ihren individuellen Spezifikationen gefertigt werden, beachten Sie bitte unsere Richtlinien:
1. ALLE VERKÄUFE SIND ENDGÜLTIG
Gemäss dem Schweizer Obligationenrecht (Art. 363 & 368) besteht für massgefertigte Produkte und personalisierte Artikel kein Anspruch auf Rückgabe, Umtausch oder Rückerstattung. Sobald die 2-stündige Gnadenfrist nach Ihrer Bestellung abgelaufen ist, gilt der Verkauf als verbindlich.
2. RICHTIGKEIT DER SPEZIFIKATIONEN
